All Over Shimmer Eyes 6

This is a gorgeous peacock blueish green that is perfect for layering over a base color, like Stila Kitten or Chanel's Horizon and then layered with different blues (Shiseido's Hydropowder H5-Aqua)...

I like the shaker top, it's extremely buildable and a lovely teal color. Looks very pretty in the sun.

At $14 a pop, this All Over Shimmer eyes is not a bad deal at all. I was expecting something like MAC pigment, however, this one is less pigmented, more powdery filler, and less versatile than...
