    Hands down the best gel liner out there! They last forever, even for me and use eyeliner ALOT! So so easy to apply- i use it with macs 210 brush. Stays on all day, even on the waterline!!

    Definitely love this liner! I've gotten to wear a prefer this over Technokohl. I apply it with ELF's concealer brush. (Weird, but it's been the best brush!) It stays on all day.
