    it's a good waterproof eyeliner. i use it to waterline and tightline my eyes. they dont have SUPER staying power but it doesnt smudge easily either. easy to use with twist up feature.

    piece of crap. no staying power. the worst waterproof eyeliner ever-it smudged, flaked, shmeared. plus i hate that it had no built in sharpener so the tip was dull and way to thick.

    Yuck! Definately didn't like this product. It smudges and doesn't go on smoothly. It sucks because the actual eyeliner is hard and I can never get a smooth line with it. Stay awayyy.
