    They are pigmented, but they irritate my eyes so much that I cant put it one more than 2 minutes... they crease like crazy. I like the color but the quality seems just too bad.

    I purchased the TSV kit with the eye and lip palettes. It was OK, but nothing special. The lip palette was too sheer for me. The eye colors are nice and seem to have good staying power.
