    Hands-down the best eyeliner I have ever used. You put this on and it doesn't budge until you take it off! Easy to apply and goes on smoothly.

    wow i love this stuff - it doesn't budge unless you use makeup remover, and the eyeliner brush is fantastic - it lets you choose the thickness of your line. great product...definitely not cheap...
