    Rarely (if ever!) clumps, and makes lashes full and pretty. It smudges a little, though, so I suggest the waterproof. I love it!

    I have to say this product is good..my only complaint is that the brush deposits really huge clumps on the lashes! So a lash brush is needed but the product is good for the price.
