    Dont be fooled by the packaging because it takes a lot of coats of this eyeliner to appeal as the tube even with the brush applicator. This eyeliner cost $18 but like i said it takes A LOT of coats...

    I have a few of the Heavy Metal liners and this one is probably my favorite. The color is so beautiful and vibrant. It can be worn alone, but I think it looks best on top of a dark shadow or liner.
