Aww...this is a good colour for the money. I was looking for a light blue to tint my lid and browbone for a more delicate blue without looking like barbie, and I didn't want to shell out for a MAC...

This light blue is exactly that - light. I wish it was more pigmented. I think I could only use this to highlight my brow...maybe paired with W-n-W Blue Lagoon or Milani Atlantis. But...
