    It's beautiful and sparkly, very good for going out. For everyday I usually use Carbon or Engraved powerpoint liner but for going out I like the added sparkle of Black Tied.

    Black powder eyeshadow with a little shimmer. Like all MAC shadows, creaseproof and wonderful. Can be worn sheer or opaque. Makes a great liner with a wet brush.
