Smoothers Eyeliner - Slate

This eyeliner is horrible. Don't waste your money. It skips as you try to apply it, causing you to have to overapply to get any coverage. I then had to go over that using powder liner and a brush...

I bought this, because in general, I do like the Smoothers line of eyeliner. I use this only on the bottom of my eyes, since I use liquid liner on the top. I just needed a little something to help...
