Skin Perfecting Eye Base

I found that the first tube I used was "gloppy", and the second tube was really quite good. If you buy from the Shopping Channel, you get to try these things because they are tossed in with a kit!...

I did not find this eye base to be very effective. This eye base comes in a tube with a wand applicator. The base itself is a white cream that is slightly greasy which did not help my already...
