    It's okay as a drug store eyeshadow primer. I had better luck using my Maybelline Superstay concealer as a primer than this stuff. You're better off buying NYX HD primer or CoverGirl Intense Shadow...

    this does not work miracles but does an okay job.. it does make colors pop (a cheap way to do that is NYX Milk), but it does help colors stay on a tad longer for me.
