    Fabulous powder! Works perfectly to set Secret Concealer and add a little bit of brightness to the eye area - not glitter!, just a nice brightness that makes the eye look more awake and youthfull.

    While this stark white powder looks terrifying, it's fabulous. I too was a bit hesitant to put powder under my eyes, but this works wonderfully and really brightens up the undereye area.
