Balancing Toner (Combination Skin)

I totally agree with Spaflam! I loved the original tonic better than the new line...so sad.

Boy, I wish BC had not reformulated their toners - since I loved this one. Not too drying (no alcohol) and a clean scent - derived from botanicals. I really loved the OLD skinlogics...

I love this toner! I bought it along with the cleanser for combination skin and it has made SUCH a difference in my skin. It's not too harsh and really cleans my skin and pores well w/o stripping...
