Permanent hair reduction is defined as the long-term, stable reduction in the number of hairs re-growing when measured at six, nine and twelve months after the completion of a treatment regimen.  The LumaRx Pro device should only be used on light to medium skin tones and comes with a built-in skin tone tester that is designed to help prevent treating skin that may be unsuitable. The device is most effective on dark hair and less effective on lighter hair colors such as light blonde and red. It is not recommended for white or gray hair.
