    this is one of my favorite eyeshadows. you can wear it dry (to work) or wet (for going out). when wet it is very pigmented and shiny. when dry, it has a nice shimmer. it also lasts forever!

    I find this to be a bit too shimmery for any time, IMHO. Its so shimmery/frosty that the shimmer sort of clumps a bit and looks like i have e/s packed over dry flaky skin, which isn't the case....
