    My pencil did not come with a smudger! So to me this is just a regular eye pencil. I have this in brown. Regular color, regular staying power. I'm sure you could find cheaper and better eye pencils!

    In my opinion this eyeliner is great for smudging which is a big no no for me. the tip seems a bit too hard and it kinda hurt when i applied it on.
