    This toner keeps my skin clear, smooth, and glowy. It never makes my face red because it has only 6% glycolic acid, which is not as strong as most aha formulations out there.

    My skin is too sensitive for this, but I can handle the other 2 things in the 3 step. If I do use it, it is a couple times a week so I can "hopefully" get used to it.

    This toner is great for oily skin. I think it balances your skin nicely. Not too dry. It's the only thing I like from Pro Activ, besides their Oil Free Moisturizer with SPF15
