    Clumpy, doesn't lengthen, and the waterproof formula actually smudges after a few hours giving me panda eyes. Don't bother buying this.

    Yes it curls, but it also separates lashes into 4-5 clumps. Even with lash comb I can't get a nice even look. I would rather curl my lashes with my curler and use another mascara.
