    The Milani lipliners are so creamy and the go on really smooth. I really like the Hot Chocolate color, it gives you a chocolate brown color with a hint of red in it. They also last for a long time.

    Great drugstore lipliner available in a pretty wide variety of shades. It is in a wood casing, and it's best to "warm it up" a bit before applying.
