Humectress worked pretty well for me. It didn't work as good without a reconstructor in conjunction with it though.

I have slightly dry, wavy, thick hair (that's also dyed) and this conditioner works very nicely on it - detangles without weighing it down, and makes it nice and soft. I'll definitely buy this again.
