    It's really difficult to put on for me, it doesn't glide on like some of my other liners have. When I melt it a little bit it seems to go on fairly well, but I don't think I'd ever buy it again.

    I have this in soft black, and it seems to perform as a regular eyeliner.. nothing special. I applied it both wet and dry and they really do not seem to perform any differently. Very average.
