Activator: used after applying Base liquid and Build Powder / Color Powdered coats. Used to harden powder and seal in color. Top: finishing touch that secures everything together, delivers beautiful shine, and protects nails from the sun's harmful UV rays. Cleaner: cleans and dissolves unwanted residue that harden bristles during application. As brushes harden, simply switch them between bottles for easy workability.
