    This does not do much for my dark eye circles or eyebags. It claims to reduce puffiness and fine lines..but I don't really see any significant difference when I use and do not use it.

    I thought this was awfull, it did absolutely nothing for my eyes, the skin under my eyes felt so dry and fragile after using this. It would have to be the worst thing I have ever used!
