    I use this on my waterline. It's soft and goes on dark with little effort. The only two things I don't like about it is the wood and it doesn't have huge staying power. Beautiful blue though!

    Great eyeliner for less than you'd expect. It's smooth and long lasting, but best part is the color. I'd probably describe it as a deep sea blue with very light shimmer. I love it!
