1993 Decades Eyeshadow Palette

The quality of this is fine but like the previous reviewer said it's not cohesive. It's a random crap show of colors. There is or was an ELF 90's themed palette that better represents the gimmick...

This is the same Urban Decay quality, but I didn't find this palette to be cohesive. I will not purchase.
