LIMITED EDITION PALETTE You’ve never smoldered like this. Meet Mesmerize, my LIMITED-EDITION palette of show-stopping, ultra-luxe black and metallic multi-purpose shadows. The innovative formula gives the effect of molten liquid—does it get any sexier than that? Use the shades solo on the eyes and cheeks, or layer them over other shadows. My personal favorite is the Panther hue which is a wet shadow formula that feels like putty, is totally exclusive to ScottBarnes.com, and is the ultimate chic noir shade. This must-have palette is housed in a stunning lenticular, collectors item box. To start, use shade PANTHER to trace out your feline shape on the upper eyelid, connecting it to the lower lash line, then fill this shape in. This is a revolutionary wet formula shadow that has the feeling of putty and looks like wet panther skin, for a gorgeous textured effect on the lid. (Please note shape may differ from eye to eye depending on your lid and overall eye shape) In order to create this feline shape, use a pencil brush or flat definer (we’re using Scott Barnes Pro Series Brush #60 ) To smudge out the lower lash line, use a flat definer brush (we’re using Scott Barnes Pro Series Brush #59) Once you have traced out and filled in your overall Feline shape using shade Panther, darken waterline and tightline lid in shade BLACK LAVA After you have perfected your FELINE EYE shape, have fun with it and pop in your molten metal highlights on the lid, inner corner and brow bone. Try shades ROSE QUARTZ or LIQUID MERCURY on the brow bone and inner corner for an eye brightening effect. For a more sultry vibe try TITANIUM or SMOKEY TOPAZ across the center of the lid and lower lash line, or for a more dramatic pop, try MOLTEN GOLD or INFINITY. Complete this look with a couple coats of Pumped up mascara on the upper and lower lash line then finish with your favorite Scott Barnes lash.
