    for a 1.99 on sale, you can't beat it. It stays put, and thats what i need from an eyeliner. One of my favs! I feel that it went on pretty smooth.

    I hate to give a bad review because I think generally Avon is underrated. But I'm not impressed with this eyeliner. It doesn't go on anywhere near as smoothly as some other low-end brands...

    I have used Bronze in this for 3 summers. This pencile is so great, and for the price (on sale it's $1.99) It last all day, blend well and can even double as an eye brow penicle.

    What did I do wrong? I got a ragged line with clumps of pencil in places because it wouldn't go on smoothly. I vote for Glimmersticks eyeliners!
