Color Therapy Nail & Cuticle Oil

I picked this up when it was half price, but it's still on the pricey side as these things go. So there is that. Pros: smells nice, very light and not greasy. Cons: I don't think it does...

I really wanted to love this because the bottle looks really nice and the brush is easy to use. It didn't do very much for my nails or cuticles (worse or equivalent to using olive or coconut oil)...
