    If you're on a budget, try this. I actually use it as a liquid eye shadow, because it gives a pretty pale pink color and my eyes don't get as oily as without it, plus the packaging is cute....

    I was a bit disappointed in this primer. Without another to back it up, I still had creasing by the end of the day. I love si many Essence products, but for me....this one is a pass.
