    This REALLY WORKS! It is WHITE and is to be used UNDER your regular mascara. I USE IT on the outer upper eyelashes NOT all over....which give me that "false eyelash" look.

    Mine was a sample. It's just a very average primer.Does not lengthen lashes sufficiently, and leaves an uneven finish to my lashes. Definitely does not prime lashes for easier mascara application....
