    Poppy is a horrible eyeshadow. It goes on chalky and sheer and doesn't blend well. I regret buying it. If you're looking for a pretty pastel blue, try MUFE.

    Great color for girls with blue eyes. I usually use Stila Moonlight as a wash and then Poppy over top and it is a great shimmery shadow with a natural look.
