    This was truly awful, no matter how I tried to make it work, it cracked and flaked before it even set. When it did set it felt heavy, like I put a sticker on my lid, then it flaked twice as much....

    its a nice matte white with fairly opaque pigment - just one line is not as opaque as I would like. I personally find the brush hard to use because I usually use pen liners but it's a good liner...

    Edit 1/22/17: I did end up returning this then rebuying it coz I saw how people were doing it with black eyeliner & it looked cool. This is water resistant. Raising my rating coz I see a good white...
