An absolute NO from me. It gets the job done (meaning it hold my brows in place) but I can't stand the fact that this flakes so much!! Save yourself the embarrassment of eyebrow "dandruff" in public.

The applicator picks up too much product, so I always have to wipe the excess off on my arm/leg etc... I don't think this does a good job keeping the eyebrows in place either.. Wont buy again.
