Complete Salon Manicure Let´s Snow

Far too streaky. Almost impossible to make it work. Like Sally Hansen polishes a lot, but this one is a fail.

I was looking for an opaque matte white polish and thought this Sally Hanson line must be decent since I already own another shade from that line, which I am pretty happy with (Peach of Cake)....
