    This is a dead ringer for Chanel's Coromandel ( pre-reformulation)...i mainly smell a kind of dusty, musty patchouli...very earthy and a bit...mouldy. Maybe " the orphan girl " had to sleep rough...

    I don't understand the negative reviews on L'orpheline. I find it extremely easy to wear and quite similar to Feminité du Bois. It is woody, incensy and weirdly enough reminds me of the color...

    I couldn't get past the test strip. It hit my nose like a torpedo. Strong, sharp, chemical and masculine. I know one shouldn't judge a perfume without testing it on the skin but I just couldn't...

    L'Orpheline stars off with a delightful floral edge but quickly becomes a synthetic smelling woody mess with a distinctly masculine cast. I don't get incense or cream or lavender... just powerful...
