Southern Belle

Ugh. Crumbles like old Playdough when you apply it. Come to think of it, it was thick and weirdly-colored like Playdough, too. No wonder Ulta had this on sale. Well, my pretties, it's going back.

This was such a disappointment! It is a beautiful color and smells delicious but the color goes on uneven and crumbly. I tried using a lip brush and I do exfoliate my lips and moisturize but...
