    Can't complain about the price as I got it for free in an exchange. However this brush is scratchy and rough. Would not recommend. Prefer my elf kabuki for applying powder.

    I've had this for years. It's only after subsequently owning truly soft wonderful brushes from other companies that I realize how scratchy and crappy this is. Ouch!
