Flick it eyeliner

I really like this liner. The packaging is simple but classy, and I appreciated that it came in a cardboard box for extra hygiene. I am useless at using dip eyeliners with brushes, so felt tip pens...

This is a bad eyeliner. It is like a marker type of thing. I did not swap it but I bought it myself so the reason it is very sheer cant be because I got it when it was old because I got it as new....
