Meditate On This

Meh. As others have said, it looks fab in the bottle, but really only works as a topcoat. The photo above is over OPI Eurso Euro. I like it as a sparkly topcoat, but this will not work on its own....

This was gorgeous in the bottle, it was like a bluish purple with purple and some other color shimmer running through it. However when u apply it (which is sloppy & runny) its only a dark blue...
