    My fave of these pencils. I use it under my lower lashes for a nice little burst of color without overdoing it. It looks great on the waterline too, but my eyes are just too dry to do that....

    I have these liners in a few colours and this one is lovely and very striking. The liner themselves go on smooth and stay on till you want to remove it. I love these pencils for their value as well.
