Hot chocolate is the eyeliner I use most of the time.

color - yummy, warm and flattering

texture - ok, easy to apply

staying power - 4 hours minimum

This is so pigmented and creamy! It was about $3 CAD at Shopper's Drug Mart. The problem is that it's flaky/has quite a bit of fall out. If only the tip was always sharp but it's self sharpening

I actually love this eyeliner! I use the dark chocolate brown, and I find it works just as well as some of the more expensive eyeliners. Cheap, and does what I want it to!
