    Bulgarian roses, Chinese green tea and fresh citrus make this one a classic. Originally created in 1890, it's as fresh as anything today. Rich and wonderful. Delicious.

    i fail to detect pure roses here, unfortunately. it's cold but strong and oppressive. in color metaphor i perceive this as pale, washed out pastel notes slashed with glaring neons and sodium lights.

    I finally tried this through a decant and was less impressed than I thought I'd be. A perfectly lovely rose but with a milky note I don't really like. There are better roses out there, sorry to say.
