maybe mine is faulty, but it is VERY dry. dont know what happened to it! i never left the cap off. you really have to DIG to get the product on a brush, and smudge it on the eye. doesnt blend worth...

I'm very happy with this purchase and it has become my favourite black eyeliner. It's such a smooth, creamy consistency that goes on perfectly! Even without a primer this eyeliner is long lasting...
