It's Raining Men

I hate to say 'no' to repurchasing this colour because it's such a beautiful neutral red that reminds me of Hollywood glamour but in all honesty, it's a very dupeable colour. Orly's Haute Red...

I didn't love it. It's good quality, but it's too sheer, even with two coats, and it has a watermelon, not rich red color. Its pretty and summery, but just not my thing.
