Chelsea Girl

Very pretty medium blue that's just blue. It's opaque in about 3 coats. I would say this is more of a crelly. Very easy to deal with and looks great on the nails. One of my favorite blues of all.

One of my favorite polishes, hence the 4 stars, even though sometimes i need four coats to get rid of my nail-line and that slows dry time alot. it's a pretty true blue, with no sparkle or glitter...
