    My favorite liquid liner. In fact, I love all of Rimmels liners. The only downside is that it dries a little too fast, mostly because I can never do a perfect line.

    The tip is so thin that I could control how much eye liner I wanted to apply to my eyes without making a mess. I didn't even have to reapply it through out the day. Bravo!
