Oxygen Repair for the night

I received this as a gift.The first time I used it, my eyes were watering and my face stung.I gave it a couple more chances and it still irritated my sensitive skin.It gave me small little bumps...

This cream sinks very well into the skin, not greay at all. Not sure about the 'oxygen' though.
