    This was awful. Just like charcoal: smudges all over the place if you even look at it wrong. I'm a huge fan of MAC es but this one's a dud.

    RIS, this is a wonderful shadow/liner. Stayed 10 hours(!) on my eyes with no fading. My first MAC shadow and the line has become my new HG!

    Carbon is my eyeliner! The blackest black I have ever found, stays on great with that little MAC angled brush. I make sure to wet the shadow a little but it stays on even overnight. A staple.

    now this is a BLACK e/s its perfect for smokey eye but it doesnt have that much staying power. after about 2 hrs. it looked grayish.

    I haven't tried many black eye shadows, but I like this one so far because it's just a basic black I can use for lining my top lid with the MAC #266 brush. Goes nicely with my now blue black hair.

    Carbon makes the perfect black e/l when applied wet with MAC's #266 brush. Looks very professional. A little goes a long way and I can draw a very thin line which stays put all day.
