    Charm is a medium lavender. It looks great with brown eyes. I like pairing it with viola in the crease... apply dry for a sheer application, and wet for a really intense purple.

    This is the perfect shimmery lavendar shade! I love it used wet or dry on lids. Like all Stila shadows, its long lasting and you get plenty of product.
